Yes, we do! We charge a fee for deliveries from Noblesville zip code 46060. Price is $1 per mile. 

The majority of the time the client or venue breakdown the balloons. It typically takes 10-20 minutes to pop the balloons. The party doesn't have to stop though- many of our clients like to take as many balloons as they can fit in their car to be enjoyed at home. 

If requested, we offer a breakdown service for an additional fee. 

Although we use the highest quality balloons available on the market, balloons naturally do not do well in the sun. Since air expands when it's hot, the balloons tend to pop when in direct sun (especially dark colored balloons).

We always recommend placing your balloons in a shaded area to ensure they look great for your event!

4FT: I fit in the empty backseat of a sedan easily.

6FT: I can squeeze into the backseat of a sedan, but i prefer small SUV.

8FT: I fit into a medium SUV with the backseats down.

Deposits are non-refundable anytime. Cancellations less than three days (72 hours) from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.

Yes, most of our balloon installations are air-filled and need to be secured to something in your event space. We do offer a small selection of helium balloons too.

Yes, the deposit is 50% of your total. This amount secures your date and will be deducted from your balance. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is paid.

Yes, a contract must be signed before any equipment is set-up.

The client is responsible for all extensive damages up to full balance to repair equipment.

We arrive 1.3 hours prior to event start time to set up equipment. Please have a designated area ready. We arrive 10 minutes prior to end time to tear down equipment. Please make sure all balls are inside ball pits and softplay items are in play area.  

Yes, our indoor months are NOV-MARCH while our outdoor events are APRIL-OCT. However, as long as weather permits.

Yes, can be setup indoors providing we have adequate ceiling clearance. 

We will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. Our Bounce Houses and/or Soft Plays cannot be used during rain, lightning & thunderstorms or high winds. 

Yes, changes must be made at least 7 business days prior to your event.

We disinfect all equipment after each event using wipes and non toxic chemicals.
